1954 MG TF Roadster -- Description

European Motor Studio is proud to offer this beautiful matching numbers British Racing Green 1954 MG TF 1250 Roadster with a beautiful Biscuit colored interior and matching soft top. The final iteration of the T Series MG Roadster to most, are the prettiest and most refined and this lovely little Roadster has just come out of a private collection from Nevada. The MG wears an older paint job that shows incredibly well. Aside from some smaller stone chips in the front nose and a few small stone chips on the lower rear quarters behind the wheels the paint shows very strongly with very little signs of age. All of the chrome is in excellent condition and shows very little age. There is no real pitting or hazing in and no damage to any of the trim or chrome. The interior is in beautiful condition with fresh looking carpets and excellent seat covers. The dash is in beautiful condition and all of the gauges are clean and clear. The convertible top looks almost new and has an excellent fit to it. The car also has its tonneau cover that snaps onto the body of the car and fits with ease. The two rear quarter windows fit right into the body of the car when the top is up (small paint chips on both sides of the body where the hook of the window sits against the body). The engine starts right up and idles smoothly and freely. The engine pulls incredibly strong and shifts through all of its gears with ease. The clutch is nice and strong and with no signs of slipping or grinding and the brakes have a good solid feel free from any fade or grinding. The suspension has a nice tight feel and free from any creaking or sagging and the steering is tight without any noises or looseness. The period tires are pretty new and have almost full tread on them and the wire wheels look to have been recently redone. The undercarriage is very clean and tidy and free from any rust in the body or undercarriage. All of the electronics are operating as designed including all of the exterior lights, turn signals, brake lights and dash lights. Accompanied with the sale of this TF Roadster is the original jack and jack tools, the original knock off hammer and the original MG owners handbook, rear side quarter windows and the tonneau cover.
