When you place abid on a vehicle, you are enteringinto alegal and binding contract topurchase the vehicle. You havealready decidedon the price youwould like to pay for this vehiclebased on the description, Autochecklink and pictures listed above. Thisarrangement is outlined in theeBayUser Agreement.

We reservethe right to obtain and verify theregistered information ofall bidders participating inthis auction. Wealso reservethe right to cancel any and allbids at our discretion, orendthe auction early if necessary.Furthermore, We shall not be liablefor any such cancellationfor any reason.

Bidderwith only negative feedback orbidretractions will be blockedor rejected automatically,unless agreedbefore hand.

Biddermust be 18 years or older.

At the endof auction, high bidder mustcontactseller within 24 hoursto make arrangements for paymentand pick up of vehicle, andcomplete the transaction (fullpayment and paperwork) within7 days of auctions end.

A $300deposit must be made within 24hours.If a deposit is not made within that time, DS Motors reserves the right tocancel the transaction. Thedeposit will be heldby DS|MOTORS to cover multipleexpenses involved ondeliveringa sold vehicle if thetransaction is not completedwithin the time agreed. If atdelivery the customer is notsatisfied and does nottakedelivery of the vehicle, in thiscase, the dealership will bemorethan satisfied to refundthe customer's deposit.

A $189processing fee will be added tothe final bidprice. This is tocover the cost of vehiclecleaning, phone calls,shippingand handling of paperwork andtitle, airport pickup, up to 20day storage, etc... Free airportpick-up at FT. LAUDERDALE INT.AIRPORT isoffered. This fee is a non refundable fee.

You arewelcome to come and pick thevehicle up as long as it iswithin 20 days. If more time isneeded, there will be a $35daily storage charge, unlessother arrangements are made.

If transaction is not completedwithin this time,the seller canapply for non- paying bidder andthe item can be relistedorsold to the next highest bidder.We will also report to creditagencies as this is a legalbinding contract, therefore, donot bid if youdo not intend topay for the item.

EVEN IF WE SAY THE CAR IS EXTRA CLEAN, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THATWE SELL THE NICEST CARSWE CAN POSSIBLY FIND, BUT THEY ARE USED.

We welcomea buyer's inspection. If youplan to havea buyersinspection, please make sure youinspect the vehicle prior totheauction ending. Buyer isresponsible for any inspectioncharges andfees.Third partyinspection companies are notwelcome. CARS PICKED UP INPERSON WILL BE TEST DRIVEN, ANDBUYER WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GO OVER THEVEHICLE. IF ACCEPTED, CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE APPROPRIATE FEEDBACK AT DELIVERY.

Out ofstate buyers are responsible forall state,county, city taxes and fees, as well as titleservice fees in the state thatthe vehicle will be registered.All taxes and fees must be paidinfull in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. The vehicle shall be delivered in Broward County, Florida and all obligations of purchaser to pay for thevehicle shall be payable in Broward County, Florida. It is agreed by allparties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that theproper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be payable inBroward County, Florida.
