This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

We are more then happy to make all of the shipping arrangements worldwide for your vehicle. We deal with many independent shipping companies that are licensed, bonded, and fully insured, so that we are able to pass on the lowest rate possible to you, the customer.

1. The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

2. We require a deposit of $1500 within 2 business days after the end of auction. There is an immediate deposit of $500.00 on all vehicle which is non-refundable unless car is not as described. We accept credit cards, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks (must clear before release of vehicle). The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed.

3. Seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle thru pictures and written descriptions. It is on the buyer to verify the condition of the car. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1500 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes, and Fees, as well as Title/Registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. (1) Winning bidder to contact Global Motorcars within 24 hours of the auction closing to confirm the intent to purchase. (2) All bidders should have all questions answered prior to placing a bid. (3) Texas residents are responsible for Tax, Title, and License. (4) Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes in their home state.

5. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. All winning bidders are require to pay a $100.00 documentation fee, a state inventory fee which is .001699% of the sale price, and a dealer administration fee of $149.00
